Understanding a Character's Impact

I was learning to understand the characters impact on the story.
I felt interested in this learning because I have trouble understanding the characters lots of stories.
The The thing that helped me most was that we talked about all of the words that helped me understand the characters Feelings or actions. Which helped me understand the characters better.
My next step would be to use the same strategies in my independent reading time.

Councillors!

This year I am part of our school Councillors.  This is the most important roll in the school and we get to do lots of things just like going round and helping people. On Friday ( 4/4/14 ) they are announcing the Head Boy and Head Girl hopefully I might get it .

This is our Elm Park swimming team!

We did very well! And lots of us got into the finals .  But there is one person who got third in the championship!  well done everyone!

This year I have taken on three rolls so far 

library monitor ( which cleans up the library )

Digikid ( which helps people with ICT )

And the most important School councillor . We help everyone in the school and we are the roll models .

I hope I will get some more badges!

Comparing characters from bridge to terrabithia

My reflection

I.A.L.T Compare characters. I compared Jesse and Leslie from the book Bridge to terrabithia.

I thought this activity was easy because I could get examples from the book that helped me make my own.

My Next step is to think about who am I more like and What I have in common with these Characters.
